How to get your treadle vac fixed
- Package your treadle vac. Drain any fluids and place it in a plastic bag to contain any leaks. Include your return address, phone number and desired cylinder color (Silver or Black) and ship it to our new address:

- Upon receiving payment, we’ll return your newly restored treadle vac within three weeks and get you back on the road!
* The total cost can vary due to needed parts not included in a Standard Rebuild. Thus, we like to talk to the customer. For instance, after 70 years of use, we’re seeing more cylinder plungers with rust or pitting. In this case, an additional $56 is charged for a new stainless steel plunger like the one seen here.
All standard rebuilt Treadle Vacs include new gaskets, o-rings, seals, valves and dust boot.
We disassemble the entire treadle vac and restore or replace any of the interior parts. Plus, we use new gaskets and o-rings for the best possible seal. Your treadle vac will also be stripped and painted to give it a polished look.
